Quote Module

Creating a quote is simple and, as with an order, takes just a few taps, so the agent only needs to:

• Select the customer
• Add articles to the shopping cart
• Price lists
• Select the "Quote" item
• Fill in the commercial agreements and save

With a digitised system, the creation of quotes is completely guided!

Your agents will always have a list of their quotes available on their iPad, accessible directly from the main menu. Quotations are sorted by date and contain all key commercial information.

Edit, duplicate, convert and send

Your agents can modify, duplicate or convert their quotes into orders at any time and send them to your company. In addition, Synaptico will always inform your agents of items that are out of stock before the order is sent.
