The items you love, only a click away

The catalog in Synaptico offers countless alternatives to display products, through multiple and dynamic hierarchical levels. However, the user feels the need to define custom catalogue areas on their own, so that they can quickly access reference products.

The Favorites Module allows the user to create areas of the catalog according to their needs, independently from the structure defined by the company. Each section of favorites can be consulted just like the main catalogue, using the same functions and tools, but with the possibility to choose the articles in complete autonomy.

The user can create an unlimited number of custom catalog areas, modify them and delete them at any time. You can search by section title, but also by the name or code of articles in your preferred areas.

To add an article, just tap the heart icon in any catalog view mode. The heart will be red if the item is in at least one of the favourites sections or grey if it does not appear in any of them.

For faster management, you can add multiple articles to one or more favorites sections at the same time. In any area of the catalogue, you only need to tap on the "Favorites" function, accessible from the pop-up menu, to add all the items currently displayed. And if you need more precision, use filters or the search function to select only the items you want and quickly add them to your favorites.

The same function is available for articles in any document. Just one tap to add all the items contained in an order or quote and create highly customized catalog areas, flexibly and efficiently.
