Always keep in touch with your agents

Thanks to the Messages Module, the company can send any type of communications to agents spread over the territory at any time. Using the Synaptico administration portal , you can simply compose the message, select one or more agents and send it with a single click.

The message appears on the agent’s device with a classic notification,just like any messaging app. A special menu section shows a preview of all the messages received, sorted by date, with grey or blue icons to distinguish the read messages from unread ones.

You can also search all messages received on this screen by content, sender or date. You just need to swipe to change the status from "read" to "unread", while clicking on the single message you can consult the details and the full text too. This module also allows you to set a priority level and show an alert for more important ones.
