Payments and deadlines under control

The Statement module provides a detailed overview of the financial situation of agents and customers, with immediate access to payments, deadlines and any outstanding amounts. Single accounting transactions are organized by maturity year in an interactive list with search and filter functions, allowing agents to track payments and deadlines in a simple and intuitive way.

The agent can view the accounting entries of direct customers, those associated with its sub-agents or the entire sales network. You can also select the account statement of an individual customer. In addition, with a simple touch, the statement can be transformed into a PDF file full of all information, with balances, expired and expiring totals, which is ready to be shared via email.

The Statement Module is not only intended to provide information on payments and deadlines, but it is planned as a proactive tool for limiting orders in arrears too. The number of payments overdue is constantly reported in the Customer directory. In addition, every time you start an order for a customer with outstanding, Synaptico notifies the agent and allows him to quickly consult the accounting transactions. For the most serious cases, Synaptico allows you to set an administrative block on the client and inhibit any order. Watch the video!
